After SCOTCH&SODA closed all the operation in Asia, I changed to working in another fashion brand which also under ImagineX group like SCOTCH&SODA and called Ba&sh. It is a French brand and sells middle luxury products. As the model of operation and brand position of Ba&sh was quite different to SCOTCH&SODA, I have to re-adapted everything and kept learning. Luckily, all the colleges and full-time sales were so considerate. Although sometimes I was defamed for doing something wrong, it could make me grow up and learn from my mistakes. Besides in the half of the year experience in Ba&sh, I also learnt to adjust the changing circumstances and handle emergencies. It was also very critical to my daily routine. This working experience is helpful and rewarding too and I fully believe that it benefits me for my future career in the fashion industry.
